Cecilio Paul D. San Pedro Scholarship Program

Qualifications

1. Must be a Filipino student;

2. Must have graduated as Valedictorian, Salutatorian or Honorable Mention in High School;

3. Must have passed the UPCAT;

4. Must be a bona fide First Year student enrolled in any course related to Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering/Architecture or Business in UP Diliman;

5. Must enroll in at least 15 units at the time of the grant;

6. Must be financially needy; annual income must not exceed P500,000.00;

7. Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship that provides similar benefits as determined by the Office of Scholarships and Student Services.

Benefits

1. School fees as assessed but not to exceed - P20,000 per semester

2. Book allowance - P5,000 per semester

3. Monthly stipend @ P4,000 x 5 months - P20,000 per semester

U.P. Presidential Leadership Grant

Effective in the First Semester, AY 2015-2016. Application forms are available in April 2015 from the Office of Scholarships and Student Services (OSSS), Room 302, Vinzons Hall, U.P. Diliman.

Qualifications

1. Must not have been subject of disciplinary action worse than a five-day class suspension.
2. Must have a potential for leadership as shown in membership in student councils, organizations, debates, clubs, etc;
3. Graduate Filipino students in any field of study; must have a general weighted average of at least "1.75";
4. Open to Undergraduate (except Freshman) in any fields of study; must have a general weighted average of at least "2.75";
5. DEADLINE: UP Diliman - June 15, 2015, Other CUs - May 30, 2015

Dr. Jose & Celestina Raymundo

Qualifications

1. Applicants must be descendants of Dr. Jose and Celestina Raymundo, as identified by the Trustees. A family tree will be provided to include the current members. Future members will be certified by birth certificates and signature of Trustees.
2. Applicants must have successfully earned a high school diploma and ,must have passed the UPCAT; non-UPCAT passers shall have the option to seek admission to the UP Open University and shall enroll in a two-year and 4-year degree program after successfully completing the two-year course. Descendants of Dr. jose and Celestina Raymundo who are transferees or upper classmen may also apply;
3. Applicants must not have been subject of any disciplinary action.
4. Applicants must be financially needy (parents' annual gross income must not exceed P400,000);
5. Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant; if enrolled in the Opne University, must be enrolled in at least 12 units;

Effective Second Semester, AY 2014-2015.

Qualifications

1. must be natural-born Filipino citizens (for Southern Leyte applicants);
2. must have an average of at least "2.5" and "2.00" during the immediately preceding semester for the Undergraduate and Graduate applicants, respectively;
3. must have no grade of "5.0" and unremoved "4.0" or "incomplete" and must have carried a load of at least 15 units in the Undergraduate level and 9 units in the Graduate level in the immediately preceding semester;
4. must not have been subject of disciplinary action worse than a 5-day suspension;
5. must not have been found guilty of participating in any violent incident such as hazing and/or fraternity rambles, whether on campus or off-campus;
6. must be willing to submit a report to the donor every semester.
7. if incoming freshmen, must have qualified for admission to U.P. Diliman or to U.P. Manila;
8. must not be enjoying any other scholarship or grant. In case he/she holds or gets another scholarship, the holder must inform the Office of Scholarships and Student Services so that there will be no duplication of benefits;

U.P. Circle Brunei Scholarship In Science And Technology (Effective In The 1st Sem., Ay 2015-2016)

Effective in the First Semester, AY 2015-2016.

Qualifications

1. Must be a Filipino citizen;
2. must be a bona fide student of the University of the Philippines who is enrolled in the field of Science and Technology (Master's Degree);
3. if an entering Master's student, must have qualified for admission; if already enrolled, must have obtained a general weighted average of "1.50" and must have carried at least 6 units with no unremoved grades of "incomplete" or "5.00" in the previous semester;
4. must not have been found guilty of cheating or committing any act of misconduct;
5. must not have been found guilty of participating in any violent incident such as hazing and of fraternity rumbles, whether in-campus or off-campus;
6. must not be enjoying any other scholarship grant.

5. must carry a minimum load of 15 units every semester;

Qualifications

Qualifications

1. Must be a bona fide students of the College of Arts and Letters;
2. must have at least one semester's residence in the College;

4. must have passed all the subjects enrolled in during the immediately preceding semester;
5. must show proof of talent in creative writing in terms of published work or manuscript.

1. must be a bona fide regular Journalism student of the College of Mass Communication (except first year);

4. must be a regular student of the College during the preceding year and must have carried a normal academic load in the immediately preceding semester;
