How to Make Your Hair Grow Extremely Fast

Blot your hair dry with a towel after showering. Do not pull or twist it. Use a wide-toothed comb instead of a brush to keep hair breakage to a minimum.
Drink the recommended amount of water every day. Dehydration can inhibit hair growth and cause it to be very dry, making breakage easier. The recommended amount is 2 to 2.6 liters of water per day for women
and 2.8 to 3.5 liters a day for men.
Eat a healthy diet full of protein. Hair is protein, so a diet low in protein can slow the growth cycle and make hair dry and thin.
Take a multivitamin every day. If your thyroid isn't active enough, your hair becomes dry and frizzy, while if it is too active, it is limp and greasy. Multivitamins help to maintain your thyroid gland and keep your body healthy.
Add beta-carotene to your diet. It converts to vitamin A upon digestion and helps not only maintain growth and development cycles, but also keeps hair, skin and nails healthy. It is found in most green and yellow fruits and vegetables.
