Tips for Happy and Healthy Life(1st Part)

  Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
 Eat more food that grows on trees and plants, and eat less food that is plant manufactured or food processed.






Drink plenty of water.  
 .




Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy

 Play more games or get into sports.                                                                                                                        







Have time to read even for 30 minutes.













Have Time to pray and for reflection.





         Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.

Have at least 7 hours of sleep.
