Announcement:The COMELEC MANILA postpones the Biometric Registration to the qualified Filipino voter's to give way for the filing of candidacy this week. I am not sure if it is nationwide or in MANILA COMELEC only.The Biometrics registration will Resume on Monday, October 19, 2015 as schedule. The last day of Biometrics Registration will be on October 31, 2015.
